We offer 30 day no hassle return policy for all items we sell. We also offer free return shipping upon request for all returns within the 50 states of United States.  Some conditions and exceptions apply so please read the following carefully before placing an order. Ring Sizes & Adjustments

NONE of our rings are size adjustable. Once a ring order is placed with a specific size, we start production with the exact size placed on order. We cannot alter or update the size and must make a brand new ring from scratch. If you wish to update or alter the size of a ring order, following conditions apply. Please read the following carefully and let us know if you have any questions before placing an order by using our [contact us] form.

1. ALL of the rings we sell are NOT size adjustable.

2. We start production of your order immediately after you place the order with the exact size you choose. We use the standard United States ring size scale.

3. We are not responsible for any size errors or mishaps. Please double check your ring size before placing the order to prevent any size errors.

4. In order to exchange the ring for another size, please place a new order with the new size you require at your convenience. The original ring with the size you do not want must be returned to us according to the conditions of the return policy below.

Order Cancellations

All of our items are made to order and we process your orders immediately after receiving them.  When an order is cancelled, it adds extra time and expense to the production line and increases the cost of products for everyone.  Please read the following carefully and let us know if you have any questions before placing an order by using our [contact us] form.

1. Your order is processed immediately when you check out or our cart and will take 7 to 10 days to produce.  Pleas add  the necessary courier time to estimate the total delivery days.  For domestic packages destined within the USA, it will take up to 7 days for the courier to deliver the package (total of up to 14 days since 7 days production time + 7 days courier time = up to 14 days).  For more details on our shipment methods and policy, please click [here].

2. Please examine and consider the dimensions of the items carefully.  Please note that computer monitors are notoriously inaccurate displays of the actual item since the size of the item can never be shown in actual size.  All of our items are listed with the millimeter dimensions of the item.  Please consider these numerical dimensions carefully and never assume that the images shown on your screens are actual size.  Also, we showcase most of our items with the image of the item imposed on a model.  Please be aware that the model images should only be used as a reference.  The physical item may look substantially different than the model images due to the varying body shape and size of individuals.

3.  Please double check your ring sizes before placing an order.  The number one reason for all of our returns is not ordering the correct ring size.  Please note that we use the US standard ring scale and we produce the order EXACTLY to the size you place on order.  Please, do not assume your ring size but double check to make sure.  Most jewelers offer complimentary ring size measurement without charge.  Please double check your size to ensure a proper fit.  Also consider that thicker rings will fit tighter than thinner rings even if they are the identical ring size.  Make sure to choose the correct size from the items' size drop down menu.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a no hassle 30 day return policy with free return shipping (valid ONLY for returns originating within the USA) for your your convenience. Some rules must be followed so please read the following carefully and let us know if you have any questions.  Use our [contact us] form to get in touch with us anytime.

1. All return requests must be sent to us by email within 21 days of the order arrival date. The return item must be sent back to us within 30 days of the order arrival date. All return items must be in its original condition and must be free of damage and signs of excessive use.  Severely used or damaged items may warrant a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price.

2. In order to start the return process, please send us a return authorization request by using the contacting us form. Please remember to include your order number in your return request. Also, if you wish to use a shipping courier of your own, please let us know so that we do not send you a prepaid shipping label.  Below is the link to start the return process.


3. We will reply back to your return request within 48 hours with a return authorization. For all returns within the 50 states of the United States, a prepaid shipping label in .pdf format will be attached to the email.  For returns outside the US, we do not pay for or reimburse any return shipping costs.  If you do not receive a reply from us within 48 hours, please contact us by using the [contact us] form.  You can also call us at (213)627-8916, Mon-Fri, 10:00AM - 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time. 4. The return authorization email will include detailed instructions on how to send the return back to us.

5. As soon as we receive your return package, we will notify you by email and start the refund process.  Refund credits will only be posted to your original method of payment.

7. For exchanges, please return the item as described above and order the new item at your convenience. Since it will take 7 to 10 days to produce any item we sell, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and order the item you want as a new purchase.
