Shipment Policy

Shipment Preparation

Most of our products are made to order and require 7 to 10 business days of production time.  It is important to note that this is production time only.  Please add the courier time necessary to calculate the estimated time of arrival.  Please read "Domestic Shipments within USA" & "International Shipments Outside the US" below for more details.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Courier

All of our shipments are sent through USPS (United Stated Postal Service) as First Class US Mail.  If your address is not serviced by USPS, the order will not be delivered.  Please make sure your address is serviced by USPS before ordering.

Signature Requirement

For packages with total value of $30.00 or more, we require a signature release.  This means that someone will have to be at your address to sign for the package.  If the courier is unable to receive a signature, a notice will be left to contact USPS.  You must then reschedule another delivery or make arrangements to pick up the package at a post office designated by USPS.

Domestic Shipments within USA

For all shipments bound for addresses within the 50 states of USA, it will take 14 to 21 business days from the date of the order for your package to arrive.  The shipping speed is largely dependent on your geographical location and we have no control over the courier delivery time. Since we ship from California, deliveries to addresses in the west coast generally take less time to arrive.

International Shipments Outside the US

All of our shipments are sent through USPS (United Stated Postal Service) as Priority International Mail.  Please allow up to 40 business days from the date of the order for our international packages to arrive.  The shipping speed is largely dependent on your geographical location and we have no control over the courier delivery time.  Furthermore, please be aware that you are responsible for all necessary customs protocols for entry.  Due to the frequently changing and varying customs laws from different countries around the world, we have no way to assist you in clearing customs in your country.  You are responsible for any necessary customs or duty fees that may arise to clear customs.  If the package is not delivered due to customs problems, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery and will NOT issue a refund for the undelivered package.
